litheli Battery Adaptability？

 

Please kindly note that Litheli power tools are only compatible with Litheli Li-ion batteries, and we strongly recommend using a Litheli battery in Litheli tools for every task they perform. We'd also like to share with you that Lynxx is a different brand. Lynxx batteries are specially made for Lynxx tools. Litheli does not offer warranty service for damages resulted from using any other brand batteries in Litheli tools.

 

The U20 machine does not include a charger, it can be charged with a cell phone charger & charge time.

 

  1. Please kindly note that our U20 series tools do not come with the charger. You could use the phone charger adapter to charge the U20 battery. Through the charging cable, connect the Type-C port on the U20 battery to the charger. Plug the charger into your wall outlet directly.

 

  1. We would like to share with you that the charging time is related to the the charger adapter W(electric power. We recommend that you use the 45W charger adaptor to charge the battery. It will takes about 1.6-2h to full if you use the 45W charger adapter, the 25W is about 3h.

 

  1. Here are 4 steps to help you, please take a look,
  2. Find the small battery box, the charging cable is put inside, picture attached.
  3. Do you have an individual charger, such as the iPhone charger or other Type-C or USB charger?
  4. Through the charging cable, connect the Type-C port on the U20 battery to the charger.
  5. Plug the charger into your wall outlet directly.

 

What is the difference between the U20 battery and the U20 SE battery?

 

The main differences between two batteris are shown as below:

  1. Design:

The U20 battery designed with Type-A and Type-C ports.

The U20 SE battery designed with Type-C port only.

  1. Battery life:

The U20 battery life is longer about 5-7 minutes than U20 SE battery.

 

 

U20 series products cannot be started？

 

Could you please kindly inspect the battery and leaf blower, then answer questions as below? So we can do our best to assist you.

  1. The U20 battery can be used as a power bank. Please kindly use the batteries to charge your phone to test if the battery A port and C port can power normally.
  2. Send us the videos of two battery four lights situation(press the battery power button to wait till the light turn off)
  3. It would be nice if you could send us the video of starting the leaf blower you mentioned.
  4. Send us the serial number of the leaf blower, the number is on the label of the leaf blower.

 

Can Litheli tools use other brands of batteries?

Litheli tools are only compatible with Litheli Lithium-ion battery packs. Batteries of other brands are not recommended, and Litheli does not offer warranty service for any damages or malfunctions resulted from the use of such batteries. Difference between U20 2.0Ah and 10000mAh on the back of the battery

More simply, each U20 battery contains 5 cells, and each cell is 3.7V/2.0Ah.

As a tool battery, it is discharged in parallel, that is, the current remains unchanged, every battery cell is 2.0Ah, so it is called 2.0Ah.

As a power bank, it is discharged in series, and the total current is the sum of each battery cell, that is, 2.0Ah*5=10Ah=10000mAh.

 

Where products are made？

Litheli machines are manufactured in China. We have a facility in China. We have our own rigorous QC processes in place – no matter the location of production.

Chain saw battery full but won't start？

Please place the Hand Guard/Chain Brake Lever in normal operating (disengaged) position by pulling the Hand Guard back toward the Handle. This is double switch, two must be closed at the same time. The video in the attachment will be helpful.

 

If it doesn't work, please provide us with the video of starting chainsaw. Our technicians will evaluate the case according to the video you provided. So we can do our best to help you.

Chain saws leaking oil after use？

1) Check whether the oiler cap is tightly closed--Reinstall the oiler cap.

2) Check whether the sealing ring inside the oiler cap is missing or damaged(Picture 1).

3) Check whether there is residual oil on the guide bar and chain--Wipe the excess chain oil after use.

4)  Check whether the oiler cap leaks again after cleaning.

5) Check whether the sealing ring on the oil outlet on the machine is missing or damaged(Picture

6) Check whether the side cover pressing knob and the guide plate are installed in place and the oil does not flow out from the guide plate(Picture 3).

7) Please kindly send us the pictures of the chainsaw leaking oil position if it still doesn't work.

 

How long does the lawn mower run?

Can a lawn mower cut grass without a mowing bag？

The lawn mower can be used without the grass bag. But we would like to suggest you use the lawn mower according to the manual. The grass outer hole (please see the attached picture) will be blocked by grass without the grass bag for a long use time.

  1. Rotation Speed

The U20 lawn mower rotation speed has two types rotation speed: 3300rpm and 3700 rpm. The lawn mower can run with different two speeds according to different grass conditions. The deeper the grass, the faster the speed.

The U20 SE handly lawn mower has fixed speed 3400rpm to run on.

 

U20 mower not working on a full charge?

  1. May I know how many times have you used the machine? Did it work normally before?
  2. Send us the serial number on the label of the lawn mower.
  3. The U20 battery can be used as a power bank. Please kindly use the batteries to charge your phone to test if the battery can power normally.
  4. It would be nice if you could send us the video of battery four lights situation(please follow the attached video, short-press the battery button to wait till the light off) and starting the lawn mower.

 

How to Replace Coils in a string trimmer？

  1. Remove the battery.
  2. Push in the tab on the side of the spool retainer
  3. Pull the spool retainer up to remove it and remove the spool.
  4. To install the new spool, make sure that the string is captured in 1 of the retaining slots on the new spool. Make sure the end of the string extends approximately 150 mm (6 inches).
  5. Install the new spool so that the string aligns with the eyelet in the string head. Thread the string into the eyelet.
  6. Pull the string extending from the string head so that the string releases from the slot in the spool.
  7. Install the spool retainer by pressing the tabs into the slots and pushing down until the spool retainer clicks into place.

 

What are the specific models of coils offered as counterparts to different types of string trimmer?

 

Please pay attention: we have three types of string trimmer. 20V 12'' and 40V 13'' are brushed and the 40V 14'' is brushless.

 

The brushed: 0.065"(1.65mm) Round Max. is the standard and recommended for both 20V 12'' and 40V 13'' String Trimmer

 

The brushless: 0.08"(2.0mm) Twist Max. is standard and recommended for 40V 14'' brushless String Trimmer only.

 

How to install the auxiliary handle on a 40V brushless string trimmer？

The auxiliary handle attached with this tool iscomposed of two parts: upper part and lower part.

  1. Attach the rubber sleeve to the lower part of auxiliary handle by aligning the hole on therubber sleeve with the cylinder located insideof the lower part of auxiliary handle.
  2. After combine the rubber sleeve with the lowerpart of auxiliary handle, attach this combinationto the upper shaft by aligning the cylinderlocated inside of the lower part of auxiliaryhandle with the hole on the upper shaft. NOTICE: Make sure the arm of the lower partof auxiliary handle is pointing to the left of the operator.
  3. Lay down the upper part of auxiliary handleonto the upper shaft and the lower part ofauxiliary handle. Make surethe 4 holes on the upper part of auxiliary handleare aligned with the 4 holes on the lower part ofauxiliary handle. Insert the provided 4 auxiliaryhandle locking bolts through the alignedholes and tighten the the bolts fully by an Allen Key (purchased by yourself) .

 

Blades fall off of 40V brushless string trimmer?

  1. Is the platen cover hex lock nut to the bolt securely tightened?
  2. Please inspect the anti-loose layer inside the hex lock nut.

 

40V brushed string trimmer not coming out of the wire?

  1. To install the new spool, make sure that the string is captured in 1 of the retaining slots on the new spool. Make sure the end of the string extends approximately 150 mm (6 inches).   
  2. Install the new spool so that the string aligns with the eyelet in the string head. Thread the string into the eyelet.   
  3. Pull the string extending from the string head so that the string releases from the slot in the spool.
  4. Install the spool retainer by pressing the tabs into the slots and pushing down until the spool retainer clicks into place.  

2) Take apart the string trimmer head, check the green button and spring can be shrinked and released normally. We have attached picture/video for your reference.   

3) Make sure there is no object stuck in the string trimmer head.  

4) Check the string trimmer percussion head can be pressed normally without damage.

 

How long does the paint sprayer battery last？

The 40V 4.0 Ah Li-ion battery of paint sprayer supports smooth spraying up to 20 min.

Difference between 20V and 40V paint sprayer？

The biggest difference between 20V and 40V paint sprayers is as below:

20V Paint Sprayer: it is built with one 20V 4.0Ah battery, the run-time is 10-15 mins.  

40V Paint Sprayer: it comes with one 40V 2.5Ah battery, the run-time is 20-25 mins.

Basically, the higher the V number, the greater the power.

 

Do you need to thin the paint sprayer before using it?

Before spraying, please thin the latex paint concentration to less than 90 din. PS: The paint sprayer can only be operated normally if it's cleaned and preserved after each use. When cleaning, use the appropriate cleaning solution (warm, soapy water for latex materials; mineral spirits for oil-based materials).

 

Which nozzle is suitable for spraying？

You can spray the latex paint on the brick with three different nozzle tips to see which spraying effect you prefer. The spraying effect you want determines the nozzle size tip you use.

 

PSI information for 20V and 40V paint sprayers？

Paint sprayer not working?

  1. The concentration of the blended paint, emulsion paint is too thick, resulting in the machine not spraying paint or poor spraying effect.
  2. The concentration of the blended paint and latex paint is too thin, and the paint will flow down the surface of the object to be sprayed after spraying, resulting in poor spraying effect.
  3. After use, the residual paint and emulsion paint in the gun body is not cleaned in time, and after a period of time, the residual paint and emulsion paint in the suction tube, gun body, nozzle and other parts dry up and clump together, resulting in the machine not spraying paint or poor spraying effect.
  4. The gun body adjustment knob is not rotated to the end, the suction tube is not installed in place, etc. may cause the machine can not spray paint or poor spraying effect.

 

How do I clean my paint sprayer?

You can use both rosin and acetone to clean it/After using, the residual paint and emulsion paint in the gun body was not cleaned in time, and after a period of time, the residual paint and emulsion paint in the suction tube, gun body, nozzle and other parts dry up and clump together, resulting in the machine not spraying paint or poor spraying effect. Please clean the paint container according to the instruction.

How to install a chain guide on a Cordless Pole Saw？

  1. Place the pole saw on a suitable flat surface with the chain sprocket cover facing upwards. Remove the chain sprocket cover by turning the chain sprocket cover locking knob in a counter clockwise direction.
  2. Use only the listed or recommended chain and bar for assembly.
  3. Slide the chain in the slot around the guide bar. Ensure the chain is in correct running direction by comparing it to the chain icon on the guide bar, or referring to the chain direction symbol found on the bar pad. Ensure the bar tensioning plate is facing outward.
  4. Assure all parts are seated properly and hold chain and guide bar in a level position. Make sure the drive links are fully seated in the drive sprocket. If kink occurs, pick up the chain at the guide bar just ahead of the kink and then pull the kink out.

 

Hedge trimmer spare parts #8？

Actually, the hedge trimmer doesn't come with the #8 blade tip guard. You can use the hedge trimmer directly. Sorry for the misunderstanding. We have confirmed that the hedge trimmer manual you received is wrong, and we have attached the correct manual in the attachment for your reference.

 

Loud hedge trimmer motor?

This hedge trimmer motor noise is within the normal range. Actually, maybe there is a slight wear on the gears and blade that caused the noise, and it does not affect use after checking by our engineers.

 

Hedge trimmer blade won't pull out?

In order not to fall off during the pickup process, our knife cover is a tight-fitting design. We suggest you can squeeze both sides of the knife cover to the middle so that you can pull it out. Please watch the attached video.

 

Battery runtime for leaf blowers?

Please kindly know that the leaf blower battery works for about 10 mins that is normal. You can visit Litheli website if you would like to purchase the spare battery for spare.

Air pump won't inflate?

  1. Start the tire inflator to feel whether there is a relatively large air pressure from the tire inflator tube with your finger. We attached guidance video for your reference.

 

  1. If there is air pressure, please connect the tire inflaor to your car tire again, insert adapter into air chuck and push air clampdown until it locks into place to test if the tool can work normally.
